Durian Mousse Cup

Crush 3 grams of gelatine tablets (generally 5 grams per piece of gelatin tablets, 3 grams is more than half) and soak in 20 grams of cold water to soften

Tips:
1. When making mousse, sponge cake is usually added as a lining inside the mousse to increase the taste of the mousse and make the mousse less greasy. For this mousse cup, you can use sponge cake or finger biscuits. After the finger biscuits absorb moisture, they will be as soft as a sponge cake;
