Four Bean Multigrain Rice Paste

3. Soaked overnight soybeans, black beans, mung beans, red beans, peanuts have expanded

4. Peel the iron stick yam and cut into pieces, wash the red dates and cut into pieces. (The block is not larger than 2*2 cm)

5. Rinse goji berries and oatmeal, and add them to the broken soymilk machine together with other ingredients

6. Add fresh water to the soymilk machine to the lowest water level of 1000 ml

7. After installing the head of the soymilk machine in place, press the function key, select "coarse grain rice cereal", click "start", the soymilk machine starts to work, the duration is 25 minutes

8. Four-bean coarse grain rice porridge, delicate, smooth and nutritious

Tips:

1. For harder ingredients, you can soak them first and then polish them.
2. You can add rock sugar or white sugar if you like sweet ones.
3. I use a broken wall soymilk machine, and the rice paste is more delicate.
