Four Red Porridge

Soak the red beans one night in advance

Wash the red beans and peanuts soaked in advance, put them in the stewing pot, add water to the stew pot 2/3 (my stew pot is one serving for two people), and simmer for half an hour. In this half an hour, the black rice is mixed with the rice soaked in advance, and the red dates are washed and set aside.

After half an hour, add the rice + black rice and red dates prepared in step 2 to the stewing pot and simmer for one hour.

When one hour is up, add some brown sugar according to the sweetness you like, stir it and eat it out.
