Fragrant Dried Malan Head

Wash Malan's head and rinse the dried bean curd with water.

Boil the water in the pot, add the dried tofu and cook for a few minutes until the dried tofu is cooked.

Put the malan head in boiling water and quickly blanch it to change color, pick up and squeeze the water to dry.

Finely chop the Malan head and finely chop the dried tofu.
5.
Pour the fresh soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil into the chopped Malantou and dried fragrant, mix well.
Tips:
1. You can add a few more pieces of dried tofu according to your personal preference, or you can cut it so that it does not need to be finely chopped;
2. Put more sesame oil;
