Fragrant Milk Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients: 150ml light cream, 50ml sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 vanilla pod, 20g caster sugar, a little caramel cream sauce, a little raisins

Pour whipped cream and condensed milk into a bowl. Cut the vanilla pods, scrape out the vanilla seeds, put them in a bowl,

Stir well. Add the caster sugar and stir until the sugar melts. Seal the plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour

Pour into the started ice cream machine, stir for about 20 minutes, the slurry solidifies, dig the ball, squeeze the caramel sauce, sprinkle with raisins for garnish
Tips:
This ice cream does not need to be whipped cream, it can be made by mixing all kinds of materials evenly.
If there is no vanilla pod, you can use 1/8 teaspoon vanilla powder instead.
