French Beef Tenderloin

Cut the steak into 2cm cubes.

Put black pepper sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and cornstarch to marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Slice garlic.

Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. (I used mini bell peppers.)

There was a potato in the refrigerator. Peel and cut potatoes, boil them until chopsticks can penetrate them, fry them until golden, set aside. (For the recipe, please refer to my recipe for pan-fried potatoes.)

Using the remaining oil in the pot, stir-fry the beef cubes until 6-7 minutes are cooked for later use.

Use another frying pan to saute the garlic slices.
8.
Stir-fry the bell peppers.
9.
Put beef cubes and potatoes.
10.
Stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes.

The color, fragrance and taste are all set, and the liquidation operation begins as soon as the table is on the table.
