French Orange Fudge

Cut fresh oranges in half.

Squeeze

Cook to 40 degrees, add apple gum
4.
Heat to 100 degrees and add corn syrup and white sugar. 107 degrees away from the fire!

Put it in the mold. Let cool for 1 hour and let cool thoroughly.

Coat with sugar to prevent sticking.
