Orange Scented Cookies

Wash the oranges and cut them in half. Take 20 grams of orange juice and one-third of orange zest (not the white part)

The butter is softened at room temperature. After adding powdered sugar and salt, gently stir evenly with a spatula

Continue to mix well after adding orange juice

Sift in low flour, add orange zest and mix into a dough with a spatula

Make the dough into a long strip or cylindrical shape

Wrap it in oil paper or plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half

Take out the section after it is completely frozen

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 15 minutes, and the edges will be yellow.
