Crab Stuffed Orange

Tie the hairy crabs with straw rope, put cold water in the pot and steam for 20 minutes, add the hairy crabs and steam for 15 minutes

Use a knife to peel off the top of the orange in a zigzag pattern, remove the orange flesh, and save the orange juice for later use

Remove the shell of the crab and take the crab meat, the so-called whole crab meal

Stir the whole crab noodles in a wok for about three minutes, add appropriate amount of ginger, sugar, orange juice, water starch, salt, rice wine and stir fry

Fill the fried whole crab noodles into the cut-out orange and cover the orange top
6.
After the Vantage steamer JZD33-Z3B is preheated to 100 degrees, put the oranges wrapped in tin foil and steam for 3-5 minutes.
Tips:
1. To remove crab noodles, use tools and be patient.
2. The ratio of salt, sugar and flower carvings can be based on personal preference.
