Fresh Fish with Silver Sprout Eggs

1. The main materials are ready

2. Cut the pansa fish into strips, remove the roots of mung bean sprouts, cut the leek to three centimeters, and beat the eggs well

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up, add garlic slices and green onions to saute

4. Pour the pansa fish and stir fry
