Fresh Fruit Milk Snow

Prepare ingredients, pure milk, fresh milk ice cream powder, of which pure milk needs to be refrigerated in advance.

Add chilled pure milk to ice cream powder.

Stir until there are no particles.

The ice cream bucket is frozen in the freezer at minus 18 degrees for 20 hours in advance, and the mixing blade is installed before use, and then assembled into the bread machine.

Pour the evenly stirred ice cream liquid into the ice cream bucket.

Select the bread machine iMix program 13 for 20 minutes, close the top cover of the bread machine, and start mixing.

After the procedure is over, the ice cream becomes fluffy and enlarged and can be tasted after being scooped out.

To match the shape, I filled the ice cream into a heart-shaped mold, covered it with plastic wrap, and put it in the freezer for another 4 hours.

After the ice cream has hardened, it is demoulded.

Tips:
1. The ice cream bucket needs to be frozen for more than 16 hours when it is used for the first time, and the freezing temperature must be below minus 18 degrees. Before freezing, wipe off the surface of the bucket with water.
2. The ice cream poured into the silicone mold must be frozen until it is hard and then demoulded, so that it will not be easy to take off.
