Fresh Panna Cotta

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water in advance to soften, after soaking, filter out the excess water and leave it in the container for later use

Pour whipped cream and pure milk into the milk pan

Add condensed milk and sugar and mix well

Bring the milk paste to a boil on medium and low heat. When the milk paste is about to boil, add the soaked gelatin. After stirring, turn off the heat. Don't cook for too long

Put a piece of silicone oil paper on the bottom of the mold, and then pour the milk paste into the mold. After the milk paste is cool, you can put it in the refrigerator and then decorate it with fresh fruit.
