Fresh Steamed Abalone with Ginger and Spring Onion

Prepare materials.

Wash the abalone and use a cutting knife;

Spread a layer of salt on the surface of the abalone, sprinkle with shredded ginger and half of minced garlic;

Boil water in a pot, add the abalone when the water is boiled, and steam for 8 minutes on high heat. Sprinkle with shredded green onions when out of the pot;

Pour some organic soy sauce;

Heat the oil in a separate pot, add the remaining minced garlic and small red pepper diced until fragrant, and pour on the abalone while it is still hot.
