Activate yeast: Pour 30ml of warm water at about 38°C into the measuring cup, add 3g of sugar until it melts, add 0.8g of wine yeast, and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. When there is obvious milky white foam in the measuring cup, it proves that the activation is complete.

Wash the apples and dry them, remove the stalks and cores, and cut into pieces for later use.

Prepare 6 lemons, cut in half and set aside.

Put the apple in the crusher, squeeze 6 lemon juice and the apple together to crush the fruit into a puree, pour it into the brewing pot of the wine machine, add the activated yeast.

Press the smart button to select Apple, long press the power button for 3s to start the machine to enter smart brewing. One day later, when the brewing is over, nest the filter residue bag in the wine container at the top of the machine, pour the fruit wine puree, close the filter residue bag and slowly lift it up to separate the fruit juice from the wine residue, and the fruit wine can be filled into the storage tank .
