Freshly Fried Fish

Wash the flounder;

Remove the fish head, internal organs and fins;

Clean

Cut the washed fish into large pieces;

Put the fish in a container, add Chinese pepper and sea salt, and evenly spread the salt on every inch of the skin of the fish by hand; wrap it in plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours;

The marinated fish, fry in a pan and fry 2 sides of golden brown, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. The fish can be replaced with other marine fishes you like, such as yellow croaker, Spanish mackerel, etc.;
2. When marinating, you can add green onion and ginger to taste and remove fishy;
3. Turn it once during the marinating process to make it evenly tasty.
