Fried Bracken

Prepare in advance: soak the dried bracken overnight, put it in a pot and pour water (the bracken just hasn't been used), then turn to medium and low heat, cook for 20-30 minutes, turn off the heat and continue to simmer until it is warm and cool. Go to the old roots and wash them again and set aside.

Cut the scallions into slices diagonally, smash the garlic and mince.

Cut the pork into slices.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up, add shallots and garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes, then pour in bracken, add salt, pepper, soy sauce and beef powder, stir fry for two minutes before serving.
