Fried Chicken
1.
Thaw and clean the roots of chicken wings
2.
Use a fork or toothpicks to insert holes in the roots of the wings for easy taste
3.
Add 2 tablespoons barbecue ingredients
4.
Mix well and marinate for more than four hours
5.
Add appropriate amount of water to the fried chicken powder and mix thoroughly to form a thin state. The marinated wing roots first pass a thin layer of wet paste
6.
Mix the flour, starch, and fried chicken powder evenly, put the roots of the wings in the powder and knead and roll to make them covered with flour
7.
Do all in order
8.
If you like to eat a thick shell, you can repeat the powder coating again
9.
Brush the wing roots with oil and put them in the frying basket of the air fryer
10.
180 degrees, about 25 minutes, during which you can pull out the basket to check the frying situation
Tips:
1. Use a fork to insert some holes in the root of the wing to make it easier to taste, and the longer marinade time will add more flavor.
2. Whether the fried chicken wings will appear scales or not depends entirely on the rubbing method during the flour coating process. Be sure to knead and roll the chicken wings under the condition that the chicken wings are completely buried in the dry flour.
2. When eating, you can dip tomato sauce, sour and sweet to relieve greasy.
