Fried Chicken Wine

Wash and chop the fresh chicken for later use.

Ginger slices.
3.
Heat a pan with some oil, add ginger slices, and stir-fry with the chopped chicken pockets.
4.
Add rice wine and water.
5.
Boil on high heat and turn to low heat for about 20 minutes.
6.
Smell the wine is almost no sweet and astringent, put a little salt (or less) and serve.
Tips:
You have to put less salt to make it delicious! If it is put in a normal proportion, it will be salty to drink!
