Fried Crab with Green Pepper and Bamboo Shoot Tip

Ingredients: crab (cleaned), green pepper (cleaned and cut), bamboo shoot tip (cooked), sliced ginger

Cut the cleaned flower crab in half with the shell and gills removed, and set aside.

Put the cooked bamboo shoot tips on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the ginger slices in the saucepan.

Next, put in the packed crabs and add appropriate amount of cooking wine.
