Fried Cured Beef

Wash the cured beef, cut into large pieces, put it in a pot and boil in cold water, cook for about 8 minutes

Take out the cured beef and cut the cured beef into even thin slices. This is a test of sword skills. See if my sword skills are not bad.

Wash the red hot peppers and cut them into rings; slice garlic and ginger, cut coriander, and prepare for use

Tips:
1. What kind of chili to choose depends on the spiciness you like;
2. Cured beef is generally salty, so there is no need to add salt;
