Sausage Claypot Rice

Wash the miscellaneous grains and rice, and then soak for about half an hour;

Boil the sausage and cured beef in water, cut into small sections and thin slices, then stir-fry with ginger and millet, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to taste, and stir-fry evenly;

Pour the fried cured beef on the rice;

Select the claypot rice function and it will be done in 70 minutes!

Tips:
1. Ordinary rice can be used if there is no miscellaneous grains rice;
