Fried Cured Beef

Prepare the raw materials, wash the green hot pepper, millet pepper, coriander, and peel the garlic

Put the cured beef into the pot, add a proper amount of water, turn to medium and low heat after a high heat, and cook for about 15 minutes

Cut green sharp pepper and millet pepper into circles, shred ginger, diced garlic, and cut coriander into sections; remove the boiled beef and cut it into thin slices against the texture of the meat

Add a pinch of salt and stir well

Put in the sliced cured beef, add cooking wine, sugar and chicken essence, and stir well

Tips:
1. Cured beef is generally salty, so cook it first and then fry it to reduce the saltiness; if you are not afraid of saltiness, you don't need to cook it, or just soak it in hot water;
2. Cut the cured beef slices as thinly as possible. In step 4, stir-fry the cured beef slices until the edges start to be slightly browned, so that it tastes delicious.
