Fried Durian

The main materials are ready;

The durian should be matured, and the softness and sweetness should be enough. Put an appropriate amount of durian meat into the manual food processor;

Beat slightly until large particles;

Then the dough into a ball with a diameter of about 3 cm, put it on a baking tray lined with greased paper, wrap it with film, and freeze it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours;

After freezing the durian, use half of the cornstarch, half of the tempura powder and water to make a paste, not too thick, the coat will be very thick, not too thin, because the tempura powder will also be hung;

Fill the oil pan with oil and heat it up. If you have experience, you can boil the oil to 80% of the heat. If you are not sure about the heat of the oil, you can put a needle thermometer.

Dip the durian ball with the batter. After the batter does not drip down, coat it with a thin layer of cornstarch, put it in boiling oil and fry for 1 minute to 1 minute and a half, remove it and put it on the kitchen paper.

Eat it while it’s hot, the durian heart inside is still cold. Definitely compared to fried ice cream, but the taste is more mellow and rich!
Tips:
1. The fully-ripe durian is very soft, so if the paste is good, it can be shaped like a puff;
2. Don't fry for too long, it's crispy on the outside and cold on the inside, so it's enjoyable to eat!
