Fried Eggplant with Beans

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut green pepper into pieces, chop green onion, ginger, garlic, add light soy sauce, vinegar, salt, oyster sauce, sugar to a small bowl and mix well.

Tips:
The eggplant and beans are separately stir-fried for a while in advance, which can make the ingredients more thorough, and the dishes are beautiful in color.
