Fried Fish

The washed sole (I washed it in advance and took it out of the refrigerator to thaw), put it in a little cooking wine, white vinegar, salt, and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.

Take a large bowl, mix a little flour and salt with water to make a batter (forgot to take this step) and dip the marinated fish in a little batter.

After preheating the electric baking pan, pour in a little corn oil, and then add the fish for frying.

Golden on both sides is fine.
