Fried Fish Steak with Black Pepper

The fish steaks are thawed.

Lemon slices, ginger slices.

Place the fish in a bowl, add cooking wine, cornstarch, salt, and lemon to marinate for half an hour.

Tips:
1. I use a smart electric baking pan, the temperature does not need to be controlled, if an open flame is used, use a medium-to-small fire.
2. The fish steak should be carefully turned over and out of the pot, it is easy to damage and affect the appearance.
