Fried Goose Eggs with Spring Buds
1.
Wash the spring buds to the old branches.
2.
Beat the goose eggs into a bowl and add a little salt.
3.
Add a few drops of white vinegar, put in a little water and beat until foamy. (Scrambled eggs with a little water are softer)
4.
Boil water in a pot, cut the cleaned spring buds into the water, chop them with a knife, put them in the egg liquid, and stir evenly.
5.
Put oil in the pot, add the stirred spring bud egg mixture when it is 70% hot, and stir-fry for a few times. Serve out the plate.
