Fried Hemp Leaves

Take an appropriate amount of brown wheat flour and put it in a basin

Add eggs, sugar and black sesame seeds

Stir until cotton-like

Make a smooth dough and relax for 15 minutes. It will feel dry when you make the dough. Just dip your hands in water and knead again. Don’t pour too much.

Slowly roll out the dough into thin slices

Cut off the corners and cut into small pieces

Take a small piece and fold it in half, cut it three times in the middle, don’t cut it

Unfold the cut dough, grab one end and turn it over from the middle, of course you can turn it twice

This is a finished semi-finished product

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, heat the oil to about 60% hot, put in hemp leaves and fry in the pot

Fry until the color is golden and you can remove it
Tips:
I use brown wheat flour, so the color is very dark. If brown wheat flour is not available, just use normal medium flour.
