Fried Jinchang Fish with Cumin

Wash 2 Jinchang fish, rinse and drain, and cut with a knife.

Spread a little salt and cornstarch on both sides to make the fish tender.
3.
Heat the oil in the pan. Be sure to heat the oil to at least 80 degrees before putting the fish in the pan.
4.
Fry until golden on both sides, sprinkle with cumin powder and serve.
