Fried Meatloaf with Mustard Greens

Cut the meatloaf into slices.

Wash the green onions and celery and cut into sections for later use, and a pack of Wujiang mustard for use.

Stir-fry the meatloaf with oil in a hot pan until it is slightly golden.

Add mustard greens and stir fry evenly.

Season with a little chicken essence and leave the salt alone. The saltiness is just right.

Finally, add the shallots and celery and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan.
