Fried Milk

Pour the milk, condensed milk, sugar, salt, cornstarch, and egg white into the pot, and when it becomes thick while cooking, pour it into the mold. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours when it is cold.

Take out and cut into long strips.

Add oil to the pan and heat up. Dip the milk sticks first with cornstarch, then with egg liquid, then with bread crumbs, and fry in the oil.

Fry until golden brown to control oil.

Serve on the table.
