Speaking of the seven years in Beijing, the most familiar flavor in my memory is the old Beijing fried noodles. It is satisfying to eat a bowl every time. Later, I left Beijing and never had fried noodles.
Today, I tried this noodles with soy sauce. It has a strong texture and rich sauce, which awakens the familiar taste in my memory..."

Ingredients

Fried Noodles

1. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. After boiling, put the noodles in the pot.

2. Cook on high heat for about 4 minutes, and cook until 8 minutes cooked.

3. Pour in the vegetable bag and continue to cook for about 1 minute.

4. Pour out the noodle soup (note, don’t pour out all, keep a little bit for noodles)

5. Then pour the fried sauce bag on the noodles and stir evenly with chopsticks.

6. Use a grater to grind the cucumbers into silk and place them on the plate.

7. Put the mixed noodles into the dish.

8. Sprinkle a little chopped green onion on it.

Tips:

1. Be sure not to pour out all the noodle soup, leave it a little bit, so that it will not dry out when mixing the sauce, and it will be easy to mix well.
2. If you have sesame seeds, you can sprinkle a little white sesame seeds, so that the flavor of the sauce is mixed with the fragrance of sesame, the taste is super!
