Fried Noodles with Egg and Ham

Chop the garlic, shred the ham, and cut the chives and celery.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, add the dough and cook.

Remove the cold water and drain the water for later use.

Add a little cooking oil to the wok, heat up on high heat, stir in the eggs and stir-fry them, set aside.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, add the minced garlic and stir up the aroma.

Pour the ham and fry until the surface is slightly charred.

Add the noodles.

Pour in the soy sauce.

Stir-fry evenly with chopsticks.

Stir in the eggs and stir well.

Finally, add chives and celery and stir-fry until they are broken, then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve it to the table and enjoy.

Perfect with a glass of milk!
