Fried Noodles with Shredded Pork
1.
The shredded pork is marinated in advance with a little salt, cooking wine, and soy sauce. Other ingredients are reserved. (Noodles are semi-dried noodles bought at the vegetable market. They are called oil noodles. They are cooked and used to make fried noodles.)
2.
Shred the vegetables, chop tomatoes, chop green onions, and chop a few dried red peppers (if you don’t like spicy food, you can ignore it)
3.
Pour a little cooking oil into the wok. When the wok is hot, pour the green onions and chili until fragrant.
4.
Pour shredded pork and stir fry.
5.
Add soy sauce and stir fry for color.
6.
Stir-fry for two or three minutes, pour in the vegetable part, add some salt and stir fry.
7.
Stir-fry the vegetables until soft and pour the noodles.
8.
Dip the noodles evenly with vegetable juice and stir-fry evenly, and then it can be out of the pot.

Easy to make homemade fried noodles.
Tips:
If you can't buy oily noodles, you can use other noodles instead. They should be cooked in advance under cold water to prevent stickiness, and then stir-fried with the vegetables. Vegetables can be replaced with other ones as you like. Use a non-stick pan and fry them over medium-high heat.
