Fried Noodles

Hand-made oil noodles.

Add water to a boil in the pot, add the oil noodles to a high heat, and turn off the heat.

Drain the oil noodles and let them pass with cold water.

Drain the oil surface and set aside.

Wash and cut the lettuce leaves.
6.
Mince garlic cloves.

Pour oil in the pan, add minced garlic and lettuce leaves and stir fry a few times.
8.
Put in the oil noodles, add appropriate amount of pepper, light soy sauce, dried chili shreds, drop a few drops of sesame oil and stir fry.
9.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes and serve.
Tips:
Oily noodles contain salt, so you don't need to add salt when making this fried noodle.
