Fried Oysters on Iron Plate

I bought fresh oysters at the market, and asked the stall owner for more original oyster soup. I can just clean them with this soup when I come back, so as not to lose the original flavor of the oysters!

Ready dry flour

Put the oysters directly into the dry flour

Stick dry flour on one side, then stick dry flour on the other side

Put the bottom oil in the non-stick pan and heat it slightly

Fry for about 5 minutes and then turn it over and fry the other side
