Ingredients

Fried Oysters on Iron Plate

1. I bought fresh oysters at the market, and asked the stall owner for more original oyster soup. I can just clean them with this soup when I come back, so as not to lose the original flavor of the oysters!

2. Ready dry flour

3. Put the oysters directly into the dry flour

4. Stick dry flour on one side, then stick dry flour on the other side

5. Put the bottom oil in the non-stick pan and heat it slightly

6. Place the oysters coated in dry flour into the pot and start frying on medium and low heat

7. Master the heat, turn a part of the fried oysters over and fry the other side

8. Fry for about 5 minutes and then turn it over and fry the other side

9. After frying for about 2 minutes, the crispy kudzu will be ready on both sides.

10. Fry it and put it on the plate, mix it with waterlogging juice and horseradish as a dipping sauce, it’s delicious

11. It's better with beer

12. The nutritional value of oysters is super high and suitable for all kinds of people.

13. Paired with a bowl of kidney bean, potato, ham, shiitake mushroom and clam noodles is delicious. Don’t drop it.

14. Dalian's seafood is really good, nothing to say
