Fried Pansa Fish

1. Pangasius thawed naturally

2. Cut into evenly sized fish pieces

3. Add salt and black pepper

4. Mix well and taste for 15 minutes

5. Prepare flour, eggs, bread crumbs

6. Take the fish pieces, dip them in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs one by one, and put them on the plate

7. Heat oil in the pan, add the fish pieces when 70% hot, turn it over when they are golden brown

8. Fry until golden on both sides and remove

Tips:

When eating, you can squeeze some tomato sauce or jam on the fish pieces for better flavor
