Pangasius thawed naturally

Cut into evenly sized fish pieces

Add salt and black pepper

Mix well and taste for 15 minutes

Prepare flour, eggs, bread crumbs

Heat oil in the pan, add the fish pieces when 70% hot, turn it over when they are golden brown

Fry until golden on both sides and remove
