Fried Phoenix Tail
1.
Pick and wash the phoenix tail.
2.
Cut into sections.
3.
Add lard to the pot to melt and heat.
4.
Pour the phoenix tail and stir fry.
5.
Stir the phoenix tails until softened and add salt.
6.
Add light soy sauce and a small amount of water and continue to fry for two minutes.
7.
Finished product.
