Clear Soup Hot Pot

Take a large pot, fill a large amount of water, put in the ribs, pat a piece of ginger, and slowly force the bleeding with a small fire. No photo taken

Put the spare ribs after the blood is cleaned into the hot pot, pour an appropriate amount of water, and start boiling. Add two bags of Shi Yunsheng in the clear water. Put a bag of broth hot pot base in the outer pot. My mother and child were coughing, so there was no seasoning in the inner pot, only a bag of Shi Yunsheng. It tastes equally good.

Put the chopped ingredients into the hot pot in different areas and cook them over the heat.

Put garlic, coriander, chopped green onion, bean drum, kohlrabi, pepper powder, salt, and shrimp skin powder in the pot. After the soup in the pot is boiled, put it into the seasoning and start working.
