Fried Purple Rice with Scallops and Garlic Moss

Add oil in a cold pan and stir-fry carrots for 1 minute

Pour the garlic moss and stir fry
3.
Add the soaked crushed scallops and fry until the garlic is cooked
4.
Pour in the cooked purple rice
5.
Stir-fry until the water is dry
6.
Out of the pot and plate
Tips:
The scallops here are salty, so there is no oil. If the scallops are tasteless, remember to add salt before they are out of the pot.
