Fried Rice Omelet

Sea duck eggs shelled and crushed

Diced tomatoes

Diced onion

Diced carrots

Add salt to the eggs, beat them up and set aside

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pot, add onions and carrots and sauté until fragrant

Add tomatoes and fry to get the juice

Add rice and stir fry

Add sea duck eggs and stir well

Add corn kernels and green beans and stir-fry well and serve.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pot, pour in the egg mixture and fry until the bottom is solidified

Pour fried rice

Slightly fry after spreading, roll up and cut into pieces
Tips:
It is better to use a non-stick pan when frying the eggs, so as not to break the egg skin when the rice is rolled in the end. Because the sea duck eggs are salty, there is no need to add salt to the fried rice except for adding some salt to the omelet.
