Fried Rice with Meatballs, Tomato and Mixed Vegetables

Dice the side dishes.

Dice green onion, ginger and garlic.

The meatballs are also diced.

Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes.

Heat the rice in the microwave for one minute. (Easily scattered in the pot)

Raise the pot, add oil and star anise to a small heat, stir up the aroma and remove.
