With fried meatballs and leftover rice, I made fried rice. Stir-fried together with light-salt mustard, tomatoes, hot peppers and shallots. Pickled mustard tuber is used as salt, which tastes very good.

Fried Rice with Meatballs, Tomato and Mixed Vegetables

1. Dice the side dishes.

2. Dice green onion, ginger and garlic.

3. The meatballs are also diced.

4. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes.

5. Heat the rice in the microwave for one minute. (Easily scattered in the pot)

6. Raise the pot, add oil and star anise to a small heat, stir up the aroma and remove.

7. Add the meatballs and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

8. Add mustard greens and stir well.

9. Add the chili and shallots, stir and stir well.

10. Add rice and stir-fry well.

11. Add green onion and garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.

12. Add tomatoes and stir well. Add a little vinegar out of the pan and stir well.

13. Fried rice.

14. Bowl of rice.

Tips:

The mustard must be lightly salted
