Fried Rice with Mushrooms, Cabbage and Meat

Prepared materials.

Wash the meat in soy sauce and steam for 15 minutes, cut into cubes.

Boil the mushrooms in boiling water.

Heat oil in a pot, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger, add mushrooms, cabbage, and carrots and stir fry.

Add rice.

Tips:
It is best to eat fresh mushrooms. There are bagged mushrooms soaked in liquid on the market, so you must rinse them several times before eating to remove certain chemicals.
