Fried Rice with Salted Fish and Bean Sprouts

Rice, bean sprouts, salted fish, minced garlic, fish sauce.

Add three tablespoons of oil, fry the salted fish until crispy, pull aside, add garlic and fry until slightly yellow.

Stir-fry for about one minute after the meal.

Add bean sprouts, fish sauce, monosodium glutamate, stir fry for about 20 seconds on high heat, turn off the heat.

The fragrant fried rice is ready for serving.
Tips:
The bean sprouts should not be soaked in water for too long. Wash and drain the bean sprouts so that the fried bean sprouts are crispy.
