Fried Rice with Sauerkraut Pig Intestines

Cut the marinated pig intestines into sections, mince the sauerkraut and set aside the rice.

Pour the lard in a hot pan.

Add sauerkraut and stir fry.

Add the pig intestines to the stir-fry.

Finally, put the rice in the pot.

Use a spoon to press the fried rice and stir-fry evenly.
