Stir-fried Fat Intestines with Green Peppers

Boil a pot of boiling water and add the fat intestines.

Add white wine to a boil.

Pick up the fat intestines and put them in cold water to cool.

Slice ginger and garlic, cut dried chili into small pieces, and mince green onions.

Without adding oil to the wok, add green peppers, stir-fry to soften, take out and set aside.

Heat the pot, add bottom oil, add dried red pepper, ginger garlic, onion, and stir-fry on low heat to create a fragrance.

Add fatty intestines, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, pepper, cooking wine, wild pepper and water, stir fry.
8.
Finally, add chopped shallots and put on a plate!
