Fried Rice with Taro

First, dice the taro, pork, carrot and shiitake mushrooms soaked in warm water.

Heat up the oil in the pan, first saute the pan with shallots and garlic, then pour the taro and shiitake mushrooms into the fry, add some water to cover the pan and simmer for a while, and finally add all the condiments except the rice to the pan and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry for a while and add rice (I also added my favorite shredded cabbage, but you can choose to add it according to your preference)

Finally, add salt, light soy sauce, sand tea, monosodium glutamate, and stir-fry to get out of the pot

There are no detailed photos of the auxiliary materials prepared here. Please pay attention to the text. In addition, the sand tea is unique to Chaoshan. If not, you can add your favorite ingredients at the end. If you like spicy food, you can add some chili at the end end.
