Fried Small River Prawns

Wash the small river prawns with green onion, ginger slices and peppercorns and marinate for one hour

Finely chop green onion and ginger, set aside
3.
Pick out the marinade in an hour
4.

Put 50% of the hot oil to fry the crispy

Stir scallion and ginger in another pot

Stir-fry small river prawns on medium-low heat until fragrant, about 1 minute
