Fried Snails
1.
Wash the snails and ginger onions (the tails of the snails should be clipped).
2.
Put the oil in the pan and saute the ginger onions until fragrant.
3.
Add the snails and stir fry for a while.
4.
Add cooking wine, vinegar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili and water.
5.
Boil on high heat for about 5 minutes.
6.
Plate.
