Fried Soya Beans on February 2

Soak the soybeans with refined salt and water for at least one night and then wash them.

Clean the wok, add the soybeans to a low heat, and fry them over a low heat.
3.
Stir-fry until the soybeans are basically restored to the size they had before soaking.
4.
Find a well-ventilated cover and pour it on the fried soybean stall so that it will cool completely.
5.
Pour it into a container and take it as you eat. But do not seal the container.
